About Beverley Holiday Park

As a new holiday lodge park, the site will be developing in a phased approach. Regardless of when you join us, theres plenty to do, see and explore both on-site and close by.

Open 365 days a year and situated on the edge of the historical market town of Beverley.  Beverley Holiday Park is situated on a 44 acre site which is just off the A164 offering ease of access into Hull, the coast and also an easy walk into the Beverley.

Phase 1

The first phase of the sites development will have 36 plots.
Each lodge will have its own decking area and a parking space, additional parking is available. There is no need to worry about the electric, each lodge has up 100w of electric.

Phase 2

The second phase will see the arrival of more plots, on-site stores and bar/restaurant which will in-time provide entertainment for residents.

Beverley Holiday Park boasts, four sprawling lakes making it an ideal park for those who like fishing.  But what makes this park even more special is the fantastic views across Beverley and the immediate area. It is also a haven for wildlife, with deer and Heron regular sited around the park.

There is also an abundance of pike in the Beverley Beck with the option to buy a fishing permits, should you wish to try your luck away from the park.

This dog friendly park offers greats walks in very close proximity from the park entrance with Figham and Beverley Beck. Here you will find free roaming horses, several pathways.

Beverley Holiday Park is for people who want to own their own holiday home.  

As the park benefits those owning a home we need to ensure that you are registered at an address and we will require proof of this and evidence can be provided in a range of ways. You will also need to register when you stay at the park, be it just one night or even longer.

If you think you only want occasional use of your holiday home and want to offer it to rent (sub-let) we can offer this but please advise us of this option so we can show you the area of the park for investors / occasional holiday home owners/sub-let.  

We want to make owning your own holiday home as possible and we can arrange finance if required.
